I. How do I create my NFTs on SOTA Finance with Polygon chain?
Firstly, you need to have MATIC tokens on your wallet to start operations with the Polygon chain. Your MATIC will be shown in “My Wallet” when choosing “Polygon” chain.
Note: To add Polygon on your MetaMask wallet please follow below link: https://docs.matic.network/docs/develop/metamask/config-polygon-on-metamask/
You need to have at least 0.01 MATIC in your wallet to create NFT, buying, staking, withdrawing etc. with the Polygon Chain. The actual gas fees may be less.
Case 1: Create a single collectible (ERC721) on Polygon Chain
Step 1: Go to the link: https://sota.finance/en
Step 2: Click “Create” on the top right corner.
Step 3: Choose “Create Single Collectible”
Step 4: Select “Polygon” on “Select Network”
Note: You can create your own Collection to use instead of SOTA_721. You need to have at least 0.1 MATIC in your wallet to create a new collection.
Step 5: Upload file
- You can choose the default collection or create a new collection in the section “Choose Collection”.
- Click “Upload your file”. You can preview your NFT on the right.
Note: Format supported on the Sota platform is JPG, PNG, GIF, MP4, FLV, 3GP, MOV, WMV and max size 100 MB. If the content you upload is a video, please upload an image cover.
Step 6: Input information of your NFT and choose the category of your project.
Step 7: Select “Put on sale” and input the price of your NFT.
Note: If you want to create NFT and not sell it, you can turn off the switch.
Step 8: Choose “Create” and “Confirm” transactions on your wallet if you are using the external wallet.
Case 2: Create multiple collectibles (ERC1155) on Polygon Chain
Step 1: Go to the link: https://sota.finance/en
Step 2: Click “Create” on the top right corner.
Step 3: Choose “Create Multiples Collectibles”
Step 4: Select “Polygon” on “Select Network”
Note: You can create your own Collection to use instead of SOTA_GENERIC. You need to have at least 0.1 MATIC in your wallet to create a new collection.
Step 5: Upload file
- You can choose the default collection or create a new collection on the section “Choose Collection”.
- Click “Upload your file”. You can preview your NFT on the right.

II. How do I trade NFTs on Sota.finance with Polygon Chain?
Step 1: Go to the link: https://sota.finance/en
Step 2: Log in
Step 3: Select “Top market” or “Popular Market”
Step 4: Choose “Polygon” in “Sort & Filter”
To find Polygon NFTs on SOTA Marketplace, users can tick the “Polygon” box then turn off the “Verified” section if your account is not verified.
Step 5: Buy NFT
Select the NFT which you want to buy and click “Buy” in the “For sale” section.
Note: You can buy NFT on the SOTA platform by USDT or MATIC with Polygon Chain.
Step 6: Input the “Quantity”. You can see the “Estimated Amount”.
Step 7: Confirm your order in the “Checkout” popup. If you use the external wallet you need to switch networks to Polygon and confirm the transaction.
After the transaction successfully, you can see NFT in the “My Profile” > “Collectibles”.
How to become a verified creator on sota.finance?
To become a verified creator, please send an application email to sota@sota.finance with the following information:
- Pictures of your ID (passport, citizen ID, driving license etc.)
- A selfie picture with the word “SOTA”
- Your email and wallet address in the SOTA Platform
- Some samples of your artworks (or links to your artwork profile)
SOTA team will send some BnB (BsC) to verified creators’ wallets so that they can start creating their first NFTs.
